10 Day Tour from Glasgow to London

2021 Tour Details View 2022 Tour Details » View 2023 Tour Details »

Rolling hills and rugged coastlines, mythical creatures and elusive monsters, quiet fairways and boisterous bagpipes—this undiscovered tour of Scotland is a study in stark contrasts among the most beautiful of classrooms. Hitting the highpoints of the Highlands from Glasgow to Edinburgh, you’ll cruise on beautiful Loch Lomond, ferry to the dramatic Isle of Skye, and even drive a golf ball at the legendary St. Andrews Golf Practice Centre. More lush landscapes await as you search for the mysterious Nessie along the banks of Loch Ness, stand before the famous Glenfinnan viaduct featured in the Harry Potter films, and swoon over the 13th-century Eilean Donan Castle nestled on a tidal island and featured in numerous films. If green means go, you have the go-ahead to pack your tams, tartans, and knickers for vibrant and verdant Scotland.

How about a dip in the Thames before you cross the pond? Add a 3-day Monograms vacation to London to your tour of Scotland and let an express train whisk you from Edinburgh to the palaces, pubs, and pints that await. Raise a glass to guided sightseeing and ample time on your own for personal pursuits.

 Tour Director

With GLOBUS, there’s no better way to get to know your destination than through the eyes of a Tour Director. We’d like you to meet one of our Tour Directors, who average over a decade of experience and are representative of the type of expert that will be with you on your vacation.

ANDREW HYND

Escorting tours for more than 20 years

What makes being a Tour Director fulfilling? The look on people's faces when they see where their ancestors come from, or the realisation that kicks in when history and location collide and it all starts to fall into place...the characters, anecdotes, and laughter. I was once asked to be Best Man for a couple who chose to get married on one of my tours. I'll never forget it because they made the male coach driver the Maid of Honor!
