The winner will be selected in a random drawing which will take place on or about 09/01/2026, from all submissions received and will be notified on or about 09/16/2026. The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of submissions received by 08/31/2026. The Prize will include a $2,000 travel voucher that can be applied to any 2026 or 2027 Globus tour. Any remaining balance must be paid by the Winner. The Prize cannot be used to cover the cost of airfare to and from the start of the tour; any intra-vacation air, airline baggage fees including checked and/or excess baggage fees; Federal inspection fees for the Federal U.S. Customs and Immigrations; International Air Transportation tax; agricultural tax; other per person taxes imposed by government entities; airport taxes and fees, including the September 11th Security fee up to $11.20 per person, passenger facility charges up to $18 per person, Federal domestic flight segment fees up to $4.10 per segment, and U.S. and international arrival and departure and other government-imposed added by the airline and applicable at time of booking; port fees and taxes; passports; visas and vaccinations; tips to your Tour Director, Local Host, driver, Local Guides, and/or ship's crew; gratuities on ferries, trains, and cruise ships; laundry; telephone; minibar; alcohol, beverages, and food outside of the contracted Globus menu as presented at a hotel or restaurant or onboard your vessel (these extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel, ship, or restaurant); airport transfers on non-qualifying flights; optional excursions; additional activities and excursions purchased online; porterage at airports and train stations; Travel Protection; and all other items of a personal nature. Winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release. Employees and family members of Globus, Globus family of brands, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. This giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and only residents of the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec, are eligible. Prize winners must be 18 years of age or older. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No cash substitution or substitution of Prize permitted. Prize is not transferable. Any Prize returned to the sponsor as un-deliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner (if possible depending on the timeframe of returned Prize).
