Ecoglide Arenal Park Located in La Fortuna, Arenal Ecoglide Park is one of Costa Rica's newest adventure parks featuring a canopy tour built to highest safety standards. The canopy tour not only offers you a great adventure but also an opportunity to observe all the animal life in its natural habitat. Fly like a bird through the treetops from platforms stationed in the primary forest. Each platform has been designed so that you can observe the forest from different angles allowing you to photograph the impressive scenery. Discover what adrenalin really means to nature lovers.

Horseback Ride to La Fortuna Waterfall This tour begins with a horseback ride through the beautiful countryside of San Carlos Valley, passing pastures, cattle farms, and rainforests. The entire route offers stunning views of the Arenal Volcano and a chance to see birds such as oropendolas and toucans. Next, take a short walk into a forested canyon to reach La Fortuna Waterfall, which is 70 meters high. At the base of the waterfall there is a natural pool where we can swim in the fresh water of La Fortuna River (weather permitting). It is important to mention that the obtained funds are administrated for Development Association, for local projects and activities of social interest.

Peñas Blancas Safari Paddle Trip Enjoy the sights and the sounds of the rainforest and experience its peacefulness while paddling the Penas Blancas River. Monkeys, sloths, iguanas, crocodiles and numerous tropical birds are waiting for you. A professional guide will share with you educational and interesting explanations of the local flora and fauna found during your float trip. You will truly appreciate the wonders of the Penas Blancas River and the surrounding rainforest while traveling down the river without a motor. Make sure to bring your camera and binoculars on this tour!

Night Tour Valle Escondida If you are a true nature lover, it should come as no surprise that what you see during the day in the rainforest isn't the same as at night. This tour gives you the opportunity to see nocturnal animals that only appear after nightfall. Starting around 5 pm, view the gorgeous sunset before venturing into the rainforest. As you start walking, your guide will explain the different sounds of the rainforest and to which animal they belong. From this moment on, it's important to keep your eyes open for what might appear from darkness. In the rainforest you can find a wide variety of nocturnal animals: spiders (most commonly, tarantulas), tree frogs, sloths, armadillos, and snakes, to mention a few. Listen to your guide's explanation of these animals, keeping very still so you don't scare them off. Your nocturnal hike will take about two hours, after which you will be left with a completely different perspective of Costa Rican wildlife.

Catamaran Ocean King (Half Day) In this exciting Catamaran tour, set sail towards the horizon and cruise over sapphire-hued waves. The catamaran will chart a picturesque course departing from Quepos gliding around Manuel Antonio National Park. Your guide will point out notable wildlife and vegetation specimens, so be sure to have your camera ready. You will pass by panoramas adorned with islands, cliffs and rock formations. You can admire aviary nesting grounds and marine wildlife. After touring the coastline, your captain will set anchor on Bisanz Beach where you can take advantage of the pit stop to snorkel at this secluded bay. You are most likely to spot parrotfish, starfish, angelfish and if you are lucky a dolphin! During your chartered course you will be able to savor a tasty barbeque lunch onboard the catamaran while admiring the lovely waterscapes.

Kayaking at Damas Islands (Half Day) Paddle through protected inland waterways, which are the perfect place to learn the ropes for this magical way of exploring coastal mangrove areas and seeing wildlife up close. Mangrove Tour (Half Day) Treat yourself to a boat tour of the estuary with a guide. There is great birding and wonderful vistas in these mangrove canals, and you'll feel like you're in the middle of the jungle - without getting your feet wet. You'll also stop at an island to enjoy a wonderful walk on the beach followed by a local-style lunch. This tour provides an excellent chance to see animals and birds, such as caimans, sloths, crocodiles, boas, white-faced monkeys, egrets, and much more.

Zip Line - Canopy Tour (Half Day) This is a tour which can be enjoyed by all people who like adventure. Zip along suspension cables from platform to platform enjoying the tropical forest and beautiful surroundings. Professional guides will be happy to take you to the primary and secondary forest where you can enjoy different types of animals, birds, insects and plants. There are 16 platforms, four of them are built on the ground and the other twelve hang 90 feet above from the robust trees in the primary forest.
