How do I find a vacation?
Pick a destination from our Vacations page. When you click on a specific vacation, you will be taken to a page that provides an overview. On the page there will be links to detailed information about the vacation you are viewing including the Itinerary, Highlights, Maps, Hotels, Dates & Prices and more.

How do I make a reservation?
Once you have found a vacation that interests you, you can use the "Book It" button located on the vacation pages. You can also contact a travel agent or call us at 1.866.755.8581 to answer any questions and to book your exciting Globus experience.

How are Monograms vacations different from Globus?
Monograms are non-escorted, independent vacations. While you purchase hotel, sightseeing, breakfast, even air and transfers as a package, you will not be traveling with a group of people. You will have access to a Local Host rather than a Tour Director. Local Hosts are available to help you make the most of your vacation. They can give you information on how to navigate local transportation, where to dine to experience local cuisine or simply insider tips on what to do, but they will not be accompanying you as you explore on your own. You do have the opportunity to purchase optional excursions from your Local Host, in which case you will travel via motorcoach and be in the company of a group for the duration of the excursion.

Can I travel on a family vacation without children?
Family vacations are specifically for families and companions traveling with families. For these vacations, Globus defines a family as any party traveling with at least one traveler under the age of 21. Unfortunately, passengers not meeting this criterion may not book these vacations, so that we can deliver the family friendly environment promised by these specialized vacations. Globus offers a wide range of other vacations more suited for parties not traveling with children. In fact, you can choose from an array of Globus vacations worldwide.

What is the Travel Protection Plus plan?
The Plus Plan offers additional coverage at a cost of only $30 per person in combination with the basic Travel Protection Plan and will allow for cancellations up to 24 hours of departure (or prior business day, whichever is farther out) for any reason. In the event the reason for the cancellation is not covered under the basic Travel Protection Plan, the cancellation penalty as retained by Globus will be reimbursed in the form of Travel Certificates valid for one year from the date of issue but no later than 15 months from the date of cancellation. This additional coverage must be elected and purchased with the initial payment of your vacation. Independently purchased air is not covered. Click here for more details.

Why is it important that I give my name as it appears on my passport when booking air?
Due to increased travel security around the world, it is now more important than ever that your airline ticket match your first and last name exactly as it reads on your passport. Additionally any changes to your air booking, which include spelling, could be subject to a change fee, penalties or cancellation.

How is my airfare price determined if I purchase air through Globus?
Air prices are quoted at the best price available at the time you make the reservation. Air must be paid in full in order to secure the airfare price quoted and to avoid additional air surcharges and/or air tax increases. Tickets will be issued once air is paid, and thus any revisions made to the booking after that time will be subject to change fees and airfare availability.
