Excursion to Sintra & Queluz Enjoy a panoramic drive through Lisbon and along the scenic Estoril coast to the picturesque fishing village of Cascais, with free time for lunch (not included). Royal Monastery of El Escorial and Basilica of the Valley of the Fallen Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984, El Escorial is a historical residence of the King of Spain. It functions as a monastery, royal palace, museum, and school, and is located about 45 kilometers (28 miles) northwest of Madrid in the town of San Lorenzo de El Escorial.
