Full Day Mekong Delta Excursion Enjoy a cruise on the great Mekong River. Travel by road out of Saigon south to My Tho, gateway to the Mekong Delta and Vietnam's "rice bowl". Board your boat and travel to an island in the middle of the delta where you visit a local orchard and family's home, enjoy their hospitality, and share some tea or rice wine. Stop for a tasty Vietnamese lunch on your way back to Saigon.

Dinner at Gallery Restaurant A combination of exquisite Lanna architecture, fine Thai cuisine, and exhibits of northern Thai art, the Gallery is the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment during a stay in Chiang Mai. Traditional Khantoke Dinner & Show Chiang Mai is famous throughout the kingdom for its incredible cuisine and rich Lanna culture and you can experience the best of both these worlds in one evening at a Khantoke dinner. You won't find a better representation of true Lanna cuisine than at a Khantoke dinner. You will be treated to northern-style dishes in traditional Thai fashion by sitting on the floor and eating off large low round tables known as toke. Damnoen Saduak Floating Market & Rose Garden Enjoy a full day tour to colorful Damnoen Saduak floating market for an interesting glimpse into local life. Jim Thompson's House & Legacy Visit Jim Thompson's House & Museum - a collection of traditional, wooden teak buildings that captivate the nostalgic charm of an old and more simplet Bangkok. As the famed "Legendary American of Thailand" Jim Thompson, with his natural flair for design and color, gained worldwide recognition for his contributions to the development of the Thai Silk industry. The American pioneer mysteriously disappeared in the jungles of Malaysia during Easter weekend in 1967. Since his death little has changed in the home which continues to be key stop for visitors to Bangkok.

River Kwai & Tiger Temple Experience fascinating insight into Thailand's World War II history. The infamous River Kwai Bridge and the "Death Railway" is a poignant reminder of the thousands of POWs and forced Asian laborers who lost their lives in the Second World War during the construction of the railway.
