Overview
Since the mid 1500's, when Spanish conquistador Francisco de Orellana explored the entire length of it in search of "El Dorado", the fabled source of Inca gold, to the late 1900's, when French marine biologist Jacques Cousteau, aboard the Calypso, revealed its rich natural history to the world, navigating on the mighty and mysterious Amazon River has been an alluring dream for explorers and travelers alike.

Ship Information

Cabins (Total of seven (7) cabins consisting of):

Main Deck:
• Two (2) Doubles (2 beds 90cms x 2.0 meters)
• Two (2) with bunk beds (2 beds 90cms x 2.0 meters)
  
  Upper Deck:
• Three (3) Doubles (2 beds 90cms x 2.0 meters)

All cabins with private bathrooms, with wood panelling, shower, water heater and air extracting system; organic and environmentally friendly amenities. Cabins are furnished with: firm mattresses, latex pillows to prevent allergies; pure 100% high quality cotton sheets, pillow cases and bath robes. Silent split air-conditioning units with individual remote control. Two open closets. Reading lights. 110/220 sockets on both cabin and private bathroom.


Social Areas (Observation Deck and lounge area):

• Entirely wooden floor, 1,372 sq feet / 140 sq mts area.
• Fully stocked bar.
• Comfortable reclining chairs and cushioned sofas.
• Video/dvd player, and plasma screen.
• All open space but equally protected when raining with plastic curtains falling all around the ship as required.
• Four (4) ceiling fans.
• Extensive Amazon library.
• Grill

Dining Room:

• Cozy wood panelled dining room with panoramic windows, air-conditioned, located on the Upper Deck at the back side of the ship with capacity for fourteen (14) passengers.
• Fully stainless steel kitchen with see through window, so passengers can enjoy seeing the chef in action.

Excursions:

• Two 8-seater aluminum skiffs propelled by 40hp Yamaha engines, with individual lifevests.
• Plastic ponchos with hood for rain and rubber boots.
• Flashlight for night outings.
• Fishing canes.
