Airport transfers can be arranged when you purchase extra nights before or after the vacation. Transfers cannot be provided when you join late or leave early. Flight information for air purchased out of Globus will be required at time of booking the extra night transfers and must be provided to Globus prior to final payment.
Free airport transfers (on published departure and return dates)
When you book your Globus vacation air-inclusive, the transfer to and from the airport to your start and end hotel is included. This can be a substantial savings and give you peace of mind.
Land-only vacation clients who make their own air arrangements on regularly scheduled direct or nonstop flights (but not chartered flights) into terminals may reserve our airport transfer service.
Transfers cannot be provided when you join late or leave early, as well as On the Road Driving Vacations. Globus can provide availability and prices at time of booking, and fax (303.703.7060) or send a photocopy of your transatlantic air itinerary with arrival and departure flights and dates, plus your Globus invoice number, to the Globus Transfer Department. Flight details should be sent apart from other correspondence or payment and must be received no later than five weeks prior to departure. Time and terminals limitations are listed on each itinerary dates and price box.
Transfers will be provided only if confirmed by Globus. Look for confirmation of your transfer in the travel documents.
We also accept your reservation on a land-only basis
While booking your vacation air-inclusive gives you all the advantages described here, you can also choose the land-only option. But remember, airlines’ special fares generally apply to very brief periods. (Our low air-inclusive fares apply throughout the year.) Plus, to get these “deals” you often are required to pay full fare at the time of booking.

Airfare
We offer low airfare for all destinations from cities across the United States.
Any changes and/or revisions to airline flights may affect your air-inclusive price. Various domestic taxes and fees are not included in the vacation price (please see “Applicable Taxes and Fees (Airfare & Charges Not Included in the Price)” section below). These taxes and fees will be added to your air-inclusive invoice as a single per person charge. Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice and will be quoted at time of booking.

Air-Inclusive Vacations
Air-inclusive prices provided online include a September 11th fee up to $10, passenger facility charges of up to $18, Federal domestic flight segment fees of up to $3.50 per segment and U.S. and International arrival and departure and other government imposed fees of up to $300 depending on your itinerary. The total airfare price, the base airfare price, and the applicable government taxes and fees are broken-out line-by-line and shown while booking online and on the invoice after your travel is booked.
For vacation departures Jan 1, 2009 – Dec. 31, 2009 your final air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed when your air schedule has been confirmed and your full air and land deposit have been received. Departure is based on the land start date as listed in the vacation itinerary.
Not Included In Your Vacation Price (Air-Inclusive, Land-Only or Cruise-Only)
Federal inspection fees for the Federal U.S. Customs and Immigrations; International Air Transportation tax; agricultural tax; other per person taxes imposed by government entities: port taxes; passports; visas and vaccinations; tips to your Tour or Cruise Director, Local Host, driver, Local Guides, and/or ships’ crew; gratuities on ferries, trains, and cruise ships; laundry; telephone; minibar; alcohol, beverages, and food outside of the contracted Globus menu as presented at a hotel or restaurant (these extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel, ship, or restaurant); optional excursions; airport transfers on non-qualifying flights; porterage at airports and train stations; Travel Protection premiums; excess baggage fees; and all other items of a personal nature.
How we select your flights
Since seats for our low-cost airfares fill quickly, we urge you to book early. Air-inclusive reservations cannot be made later than 10 days prior to departure. Additional rules may apply. Although we will try, Globus cannot always honor carrier or flight preferences.
Air tickets will be received two to three weeks prior to vacation departure. For any late bookings, tickets are sent overnight after final payment is received. It is advised to contact your air carrier for special service requests, such as seat assignments and special meals, or, if applicable, to advise your frequent flyer number. Please retain your ticket copy in the event you need it later for proof of your flight; we are unable to supply ticket copies after your return.
Please be advised that electronic tickets will be issued for the majority of air itineraries. If you would like to request a paper ticket, a $50 charge per ticket will be assessed at the time of booking.
